I love the bright colours! Especially on the scarf because of the multiple hues. n__n I also like how you did the same with the skin, but not as prominent. Looks so happy *u*

The painting style is very organic, nice brush strokes and also smooth surfaces. The hair looks really good. The only thing I would have liked to see here is a little highlight in the eyes (you know, sparkles and whatnot) since the rest of the painting is so bright. Other than that, a job well done.
